The Hot Stove Commercial Rental Kitchen is a reflection of my passion driven by motivation to help those who are working or getting started in the foodservice industry. My mission is to provide a state of the art facility to those committed to growing their skills and their business. Carl remembers how difficult it was getting started.

Considerations for Rental Usage

Health Permit

Required from the City of Richardson. The cost is $250 annually.

Health Permit is good throughout the State of Texas.

Licensing

Business owners need a Business License or EIN, $25 Application Fee,

$350 Yearly Fee.

Rental Fees

$19 hour, after 80 hours plus a month the rate drops to $18 hour.

One time use of the facility is $400 up to 8 hours of use.

Dry Storage & Reach-In Cooler Monthly Rental $200.
